Sinoma EC and Heneng Home Technology Signed Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement

On the morning of September 29, Sinoma Energy Conservation Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Sinoma EC) and Beijing Heneng Home Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Heneng Home Technology") held a strategic signing ceremony in Beijing. Mr. Zhang Qi, Chairman of Sinoma EC, and Mr. Zhang Can, Chairman of Heneng Home Technology, signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement on behalf of both parties. The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Liu Xide, Secretary of the Party Committee of Sinoma EC, Mr. Huang Jianfeng, Vice President and Secretary of the Board of Directors, and Mr. Tian Kegeng, Vice President of Heneng Home Technology.

Before the signing ceremony, the two sides held friendly talks. Mr. Zhang Can, Chairman of Heneng Home Technology and Mr. Yan Junjie, President, introduced the development of Heneng Home Technology and pointed out that substrate materials such as calcium silicate board are the basis for the development of assembly decoration technology. Importantly, the production base of calcium silicate board of Sinoma (Yichang) Energy Conservation New Materials Co., Ltd., which is owned by Sinoma EC, has excellent product quality and stable supply. Heneng Home Technology hopes that both parties will give full play to their advantages on the basis of maintaining good business cooperation. Further exploration in technology, industrial layout and other aspects, and carry out long-term and deep-level cooperation.

Mr. Zhang Qi introduced the production and operation of Sinoma EC. He stated that in the field of new building materials business, Sinoma EC has always adhered to the high-end, intelligent, green and international development positioning, and continued to improve the professional service capabilities of the new building materials industry, and to build a leading R&D center and production base for the new building materials industry.
